Leadership & History
Before founding Pinnacle Life Innovations, our President, Max Nolan, began his journey in 2006 as a warehouse packer at his family’s logistics and trading company, KOMOL‑FRAHT , in Uzbekistan. Through hard work, a focus on integrity, and a vision for international growth, Max spent the next 12 years transforming that company into a respected multinational enterprise — serving markets across Central Asia, Turkey, and China.
During that time, he led successful partnerships with medical manufacturers and became closely involved with HUA YANG GROUP (HYG) — a healthcare‑focused group established in 1989, known for producing home‑use medical devices, wellness products, and supporting private clinic development. By 2016, Max and his family had acquired a majority stake in HYG, expanding their role in global healthcare supply and product innovation.
In 2022, Max brought this legacy of hands‑on leadership and global expertise to the United States, founding Pinnacle Life Innovations as a U.S.-based company committed to quality, compliance, and compassion. Today, the company operates from Charlotte, NC, and reflects the values and experience earned over two decades of responsible business growth.
